摘 要:目的:设计一种临床相关病例的专家预测评估系统,该系统旨在辅助医务人员预测患者预后,并据此采取合理的救治措施。方法:把现代数据库管理同数据挖掘结合起来,由数据库系统将采集到的敏感信号进行存储和管理,通过数据挖掘及费氏评测标准进行预后评估,根据评估结果辅助临床治疗过程。结果:本系统实现了二次脑损伤相关伤情的智能分析,并分别比较了目前主流的数据挖掘方法针对二次脑损伤预后的效果。结论:基于人工神经网络的二次脑损伤评估方法较之其他评测方法具有预测精度高的优势,但面对复杂的伤情变化,可以结合多种评估方法灵活组合取得优化方案。Objective:To design a new kind of expert evaluation system which can help the doctor to predict the patient’s prognosis and take reasonable treatment. Methods:We combined modern database management with data mining technologies to store and manage the sensitive signals. Then the signals were evaluated by Fei’s criteria and data mining technologies. According to the findings, the clinical treatment was supported. Results:The system realized intelligent analysis for second brain injury and comparison between the current main data mining methods for the effects of secondary brain injury prognosis. Conclusion:Compared with other evaluation methods, the artificial neural network has the advantages of high precision. However, in the face of complex changes in injury, it can be combined with a flexible combination of a variety of assessment methods to obtain optimal solutions.
