摘 要:目的:了解重点中学高一学生的心理健康状况,探讨其影响因素,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样方法,抽取当地重点中学高一学生为调查对象,进行心理健康诊断测验(MHT)和父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU)问卷调查。结果:全量表得分显示,受调查的285名学生中有1.8%的存在心理障碍,其中有学习焦虑的占53.7%,自责倾向的占18.4%,过敏倾向的占16.5%,身体有症状的占16.2%,对人焦虑的占10.3%。除孤独倾向外,女生MHT各分量表得分均明显高于男生;住宿生的学习焦虑和孤独倾向水平均高于走读生;学习焦虑、孤独倾向、身体症状和全量表分均呈现出随成绩提高而不断下降的趋势;父母对于子女的情感温暖和理解与MHT各分量表(除自责和恐怖倾向外)间存在明显的负相关,父母对子女的惩罚严厉、过分干涉、拒绝否认和过度保护与MHT各分量表间均存在明显的正相关,尤其是与学生的身体症状和冲动倾向的联系程度最为密切。结论:重点中学高一学生的学习焦虑等心理问题较为严重,父母的教养方式与学生心理健康状况紧密相关,中学生的心理健康干预需要得到家长、学校和社会的共同关注和支持。Objective:To investigate the current status of mental health and its influence factors among the senior high school students of grade one in the key senior high schools,and to provide information for outlining intervention measures.Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted with MHT and EMBU for the senior grade one students who chosen by cluster sampling from a local key high school.Results: There were total 285 students took part in this survey.The scores of MHT and EMBU showed that the total incidence of mental disorder was 1.8%.Of which,53.7% of students have the problem of anxiety to study,self-accusation(18.4%),hypersusceptibility(16.5%),somatization(16.2%)and anxiety to people(10.3%).An exceptional for the solitary tendency,the scores for female students were all significantly higher than male students.The scores of anxiety and solitary tendency among students lodging at school were significantly higher than the others.The scores of anxiety to study,solitary tendency and somatization gradually decreased with the raising of the academic record.The parents′ emotional support and understanding negatively correlated with each score of MHT,self-accusasion and terror tendency were excluded.The parents′ over-penalty,over-intervention,denial and over-protection positively correlated with each score of MHT,especially the somatization and impulse tendency.Conclusion:Mental health disorders,such as anxiety to study,among grade one students of senior high schools were not optimistically.The anxieties of students closely correlated with their parents' parenting style.The intervention of students′ mental health problems needs the combined efforts of family,school and society.
