摘  要:目的:通过对包头市区酒市场中76种白酒的调查分析,及时了解当地市场白酒中残留物的含量,为健康合理饮酒和卫生监管提供参考和建议。方法:采用随机抽样方法在包头市区抽取76种日常饮用白酒,用蒸馏酒与配制酒卫生标准的分析方法(GB/T 5009.48—2003)对其残留物甲醇、杂醇油(以异丁醇与异戊醇计)、乙酸乙酯的含量进行测定。结果:76种白酒中甲醇和杂醇油含量均符合国家卫生标准,没有发现超标样品;乙酸乙酯含量范围为0.115~6.691 g/L。结论:本次调查中未发现市场上的白酒有超标现象。Objective: To investigate the content of remained contamination in distilled wine at Baotou market and to provide reference for the healthy potation and sanitary supervision by the determination of 76 kinds of distilled wine.Methods: The content of methanol,fusel oils and ethyl acetate in 76 kinds of distilled wine selected at random was determined by Gas Chromatography(GB/T 5009.48-2003).Results: The content of methanol and fusel oils in all distilled wine samples conforms to the hygienic standard.The content range of ethyl acetate is from 0.115 g/L to 6.691 g/L.Conclusion: The local quality control department should enhanced supervision for the distilled wine market,though the content of remained contamination isn't beyond the hygienic standard in this investigation.
