摘　　要：在分析贵州电网公司培训师队伍现状的基础上，提出在“集团化、一体化”管理要求下，企业培训师队伍建设的指导思想、目标和原则，阐述了培训师队伍建设工作的主要内容和保障措施。Based on analysis of the current situation of trainer team in Guizhou Power Grid Corporation. According to the requirements of conglomeration and integration,the guidelines, goals and principle of the enterprise trainer team construction are propsed. The subject and safeguard measures of trainer team construction are discussed.
