摘  要:科学制定城市轨道交通网络运力配置计划,应在深入分析网络中各线客流的随机变化规律、各线运力之间的关联性、乘客服务需求的基础上,不断提高运输设备能力的利用率、运力配置计划的鲁棒性以及运力计划编制过程的高效性。结合以上问题,分析列车运行模式、客流分布特点、乘客服务水平、企业运营成本、列车定员和线路通过能力等制约轨道交通运力优化配置的影响因素,研究网络运力配置优化的方法。在计划优化过程中,同时考虑运营企业的列车运行成本、乘客换乘等待时间费用等具体需求,结合客流变化的不确定性,建立运力配置优化机会约束模型。本文最后以北京轨道交通网络及其客流为背景,利用模型计算得出基于"独立运行"、"同网同间隔"和"周期化运行"等3种运营模式下的网络工作日运力优化配置方案,并对各方案进行比较分析。结果表明:模型运算效率高,能反映实际情况,可为轨道交通运营管理人员提供实用优选方案。In order to work out a network capacity allocation scheme scientifically,the utilization rate of transport equipment capacity,the robustness of the network capacity allocation scheme and the efficiency of the capacity allocation process should be improved continuously on the basis of deeply investigating the rule of random variation of passenger flow of all lines in the network,the correlation between the transport capacity of all lines in the network and passengers' demand for services.Factors constraint optimization of transport capacity allocation such as the train running mode,passenger flow distribution,passenger service,enterprise operation costs,fixed number of train passengers and network transport capacity are analgzed and the method of optimizing network capacity allocation is studied.The transport capacity allocation optimization chance-constrained model is etablished taking into account the train operation costs of transport enterprises,the waiting time and expenses for passenger transfer and the uncertainty of passenger flow in the network.Finally,the network workday transport capacity optimal allocation schemes based on independent operation,the same mass transit internal in network,and periodical operation are drawn up by the model according to the specific conditions of the rail transport network in Beijing and its recent passenger flow.It shows that the optimization of transport capacity planning by the model is efficient,is suitable to different operation modes and is able to provide optimal network capacity allocation schemes for practical use.
