摘　　要：肝豆状核变性(ＨＬＤ)又名Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ氏病,是一种铜代谢异常的常染色体隐性遗传性疾病,临床以肝脏损害及锥体外系为主的脑损害为特征。本研究于1997年5月至1998年5月对住院的62例ＨＬＤ患者进行焦虑、抑郁情绪及其相关因素调查,并与健康对照组进行比较,报告如下。1　资?..To investigate the emotional disturbance of patients with HLD. Methods: Anxiety and depression of 62 patients with hepatolenticular degeneration (HLD) were evaluated with SDS and SAS. Results: The scores of SAS and SDS of HLD patients were higher than those of control group ( P <0.01), and the degree of depression was evidently increased in patients with a long course of disease and living in rural area ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Psychological intervention may be necessary in the treatment of HLD patients.
