摘　　要：高校扩招使得大学生的总数快速增多,大学毕业生的总体就业形势比较严峻。为此,大学生应关注有关就业问题的新闻报道,充分认识就业市场的需求,对自己有一个客观、公正的评价和正确的认识,找准自己的位置,明确自己的就业方向与目标,增加求职的针对性,减少就业的盲目性,选择一份适合自己的工作,给自己提供一个施展才能并能获得发展提高的空间。The expanding enrollment of college results in a rapid increase in the number of college students and a severe employment situation upon their graduation. Therefore, college graduates must give big concern on news reports about employment opportunities, fully recognize the requirements from job market, have an objective and fair evaluation of themselves, make clear goals for their future career, so as to avoid blindness in job - seeking and find good and suitable jobs.
