摘　　要：高等职业教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分和特殊类型,近年来一直在发展、改革探索之中,但高职院校培养的人才培养与企业的需求还有着较大差距,文章分析现状,明确发展趋势,对如何实现高职院校人才培养与企业需求"零距离"衔接提出了对策。As a main component and special type of Chinese higher education, higher vocational education has been opening out and reforming recently. But personnel training of vocational college lags far behind the enter- prises requirement. The paper analyzes the current situation, defines directions of development trends and brings up the countermeasure aiming at the effective docking between personnel training of vocational college and enterprises requirement.
