摘  要:高职课程是高等职业教育的灵魂和载体,是实现实用性人才和良好公民培养的桥梁。高职课程改革不仅要满足社会需求,而且要满足人的发展需求。课程应该因需而设,体现行业和岗位群需求,突出实践课程,注重基础课程和专业课程的融合,重视项目教学;要体现人文关怀,重视隐性课程和选修课的开展,充分利用多媒体等,重视学生个性的培养。课程设置和实施的改革必然带来评价的变革,教师素质要求的提高等。The curriculum is the key and carrier of higher vocational education, and is also the bridge for cultivating practical talents and good citizens. The curriculum reform should meet both social and individual de- mands. Firstly, it should be based on the industry and post demands. Therefore, we should give prominence to practice teaching and project teaching, as well as the integration of basic courses and specialized courses. Secondly, great attention should be paid to humanities concern, hidden and elective courses in order to cultivate students' personality. Thirdly, the curriculum evaluation reform and the improvement of teachers' quality should also be emphasized.
