摘　　要：研究具有5维极大Hypo-幂零理想N的所有可解非幂零3-李代数的导子代数的结构。给出每一个导子的具体表达式及导子代数的维数,并证明导子代数是可解非幂零的李代数。The structure of derivation algebras of solvable but non - nilpotent 3 - Lie algebras, which posses 5 - dimensional maximal Hypo - nilpotent ideal, is considered. It provides the dimensions of derivation algebras and the concrete expression of every derivation. It is also proved that the derivation algebras are solvable but not nilpotent Lie algebras.
