摘　　要：文章结合欧林工学院在培养卓越土建工程师方面的具体实践指出,面向施工一线的复合型人才是地方本科院校培养卓越土建工程师的主要类型,并从采用实践锻炼和研究性学习方式改善学风,正确把握建设行业执业注册人员的基本定位,参照优秀工程师培养的研究与评选标准,土木工程专业的办学历史等方面阐述了地方本科院校培养卓越土建工程师的定位和标准。Based on the engineer training practice of civil engineering specialty in l,＇rankhn W. Uhn Lollege of Engineering, the paper pointed out the inter-disciplinary talent facing construction was the main type of engineer in local colleges. Through the practice and research learning improved the style of study, grasped the orientation of registration for practitioners person in building trades. With the research and estimate standard of engineer training and the history of civil engineer specialty, expounded the orientation and foundation of engineer training standards in local colleges.
