摘　　要：文章根据地方高校人才培养的定位提出,地方高校城市规划专业人才的培养应该以服务地方经济建设为根本宗旨,回应地方人才市场需求,在课程设置、课程开发等方面注重与市场对接,以此大力推进课程结构改革。According to the talent training orientation in local colleges and universities, the paper pointed out the talent training of urban planning specialty should serve local economic construction, response to local talent market demand, connect curriculum development with the market and promote the reform of curriculum structure.
