摘　　要：通过对重庆市成人高等教育人才培养背景与现状进行分析,科学定位重庆大学成人高等教育人才培养的目标。针对应用型与技能型人才培养的教学重点,加强实践教学管理,深化实践教学改革,总结重庆大学成人高等教育已取得的实践教学改革成果,构建重庆大学成人高等教育实践教学质量保障体系。Analyzing the talent training situation and background of adult higher education in Chongqing, the paper pointed out scientific orientation of talents training target for adult higher education in Chongqing University. With teaching focus of the applicationoriented and skill- oriented talents training, strengthening practical teaching management, deepen the reform of teaching practice. According to the summary of practice teaching reform for adult higher education in Chongqing University, constructed practice teaching guarantee system of higher education practice for adult in Chongqing University.
