摘　　要：在实证调查的基础上,从抓好基础学习、加强课外学习实践、培养创新能力与创业能力、重视媒体力量、养成良好习惯、强化政府主导作用等六个方面分析了青少年的科学素质发展与企业家精神培养的主要方法.On the basis of the empirical investigation, the paper analyzed the main methods of developing youth and children＇s scientific quality and entrepreneurial spirit from six aspects such as grasping the basic learning, enhancing the extra - curricular learning and practice, fostering inr：ovation and entrepreneurship, emphasizing the media power, developing good habits and strengthening the government-led role.
