摘　　要：近年来,高职院校法律专业在培养目标、就业去向及专业建设等诸方面均受到了严峻考验。市场调研表明,中小企业法律秘书及相关职位的人才需求是高职法律专业学生就业的主要方向。高职院校应当及时调整法律专业的人才培养目标,并据此展开专业建设及课程体系的改革。In recent years, law majors in vocational colleges and universities have been facing challenges in the aspects of teaching objectives, employment preparation and program development. The employment statistics in recent years show that small and medium-sized enterprises are the most important employers of the law graduates from vocational universities, which makes it necessary for the vocational colleges to adjust the teaching objectives and orientation in the training of law students and accordingly to initiate a reform in the program development and the curriculum design.
