摘　　要：现代企业的生产组织方式发生较大迁移,开拓创新型现代产业应用人才大市场正在形成。对新形势下高职创新型应用人才培养进行探索,论述当前高职创新型应用人才培养的现状和培育创新型应用人才的措施,以提高学生的实践能力、创新能力和发展潜能。The production mode of modern enterprise is changing greatly,more and more Technical talents with innovative skills are needed,and which are forming a big market.We explored how to train innovative skills talents with practical teaching activities.In this new situation in this paper,analyzed the current situation of innovative application of higher vocational talents training,and discussed how to cultivate the innovative skills talents,then gave some measures to improve the students’ practical ability,innovation ability and the development potential.
