摘  要:目的探讨PBL教学法在手术室护生临床带教中的应用成效.方法 98名护生随机分成2组,分别采用PBL教学法和传统讲授为基础的教学法两种教学模式带教,出科时进行理论和操作技能考核,并进行问卷调查,比较两种教学方法的效果.结果两组护生间的理论与操作技能考试成绩差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),PBL教学组成绩显著优于传统教学法组.问卷调查中,两组学生对于手术室实习经历的收获与感受差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),PBL教学组显著优于传统教学法组(P〈0.05).结论 PBL教学法有利于调动学生学习积极性和主动性,有利于帮助学生掌握知识要点,有利于提高学生多方面的能力,PBL教学法能够有效促进手术室护生带教工作.Objective To explore the application effect of the problem-based leaning(PBL) in the teaching of nurse students practising in operation room.Method 98 nurse students were divided into two groups randomly.The students in the experimental group were taught with PBL method,and the students in the control group with the traditional lecture-based teaching method.The students were examined in the theory and the performance skill and asked to receive the questionnaire about the results of the two methods.The effect of two teaching methods were compared.Results The differences in the theory and practice exam between two groups were significant in statistics(P0.05),and the result of the PBL group was better than that of the traditional teaching group significantly.The results from the questionnaire showed that the differences in the feelings and experiences about the study between the two groups were also significant statistically(P0.05),and the result of the PBL group was better than that of the traditional teaching group significantly(P0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method is conducive to mobilize the students' enthusiasm and initiative,help students master the points of knowledge and the ability in many aspects,and it can effectively improve the teaching of nurse students practising in operation room.
