摘　　要：介绍了日本式公司治理的现状与结构特征,总结了其优势与劣势,分析了其未来发展趋势。认为将日本经济的长期低迷完全归罪于日本式公司管理模式有失公允。与美国式公司治理模式的注重企业短期市场价值相比,日本式公司管理模式更着眼于企业长期发展,同样有其可取之处。The status and structural characteristics of Japanese corporate governance are described,the strengths and weaknesses of it are summed up,and its future development trends are analyzed.It is unequal to impute the long term economic doldrums entirely to the Japanese corporate governance.Comparing with the American mode attaching importance to the short term market value,Japanese corporate governance,with its redeeming feature as well,focuses on the long term development of the company.
