摘　　要：本文以长春师范学院为个案,考察了高校辅导员队伍建设的现状,分析了辅导员队伍建设的优势及不足,并对完善辅导员队伍建设提出了几点建议。Through taking Changchun Normal University as a case,we investigated the present situation of college instructor team construction,analyzed the advantages and deficiencies of the construction,and put forward some suggestions.
