摘 要:利用正交试验研究采用低密度聚乙烯薄膜气调包装香蕉时,O2浓度、CO2浓度和贮藏时间对香蕉品质影响的主次关系,即:贮藏时间为香蕉采后可溶性糖含量的主要影响因素,O2浓度为次要影响因素,CO2浓度为最小影响因素;影响香蕉采后维生素C含量的主要因素是O2浓度,贮藏时间的影响次之,CO2浓度的影响最小.The main factors affecting the packaging of bananas with low - density polyethylene modified atmosphere were investigated by orthogonal experiments. According to the deviation and variance methods, the following experimental results were obtained concerning the major and minor relationship between the three factors affecting banana quality. The storage time for soluble sugar content of postharvest banana is the main factor; next comes the concentration of O2 and finally the concentration of CO2. Main factors affecting the vitamin C content of postharvest banana are respectively the O2 concentration, the storage time and the concentration of CO2 with a minimal impact.
