摘　　要：职业化问题是人力资源开发中的重要问题。本文从职业化概念、职业化进程及路径、职业发展及职业能力、具体职业的职业化四方面介绍了国内外有关职业化研究的成果及其研究现状,提出了现有研究中存在的问题并对今后研究作出展望。Professionalization is a key issue in the development of human resources. This paper gives an introduction of the study of professionalization home and abroad from four aspects： conception, process, development of profession and profession faculty and the professionalization of detailed professions. It also mentions the existing problems and the outlook of the future study.
