高职院校辅导员队伍多元化建设初探——以宁波职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：加强辅导员队伍建设,是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育和维护高校稳定的重要组织保证。应针对辅导员队伍的专业化程度低,队伍不稳定,辅导员开展科学研究能力低等问题,创建有利于辅导员工作的环境,加强辅导员自身建设及团队文化建设,促使辅导员向专家化的方向发展。Strengthening the construction of instructors team is the guarantee to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students and maintain the stability of college . The reason that the instructors team is less professional, unsteady and inability of scientific research, we have to improve the working environment , strengthen the cultural construction of the team itself. Thus, it can help the instructors cultivate themselves to be experts.
