摘 要:采用菌丝生长速率法测定了一辛基代二亚乙基三胺对12种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:当一辛基二亚乙基三胺的浓度为100mg/L时,对小麦根腐病菌、葡萄白腐病菌有较高的抑菌活性,抑菌率分别为89.95%、100%。当浓度达到200mg/L时,对番茄绵腐病菌、小麦赤霉病菌也有较高的抑菌活性,抑菌率分别为79.86%、100%。化合物对番茄绵腐病菌、小麦根腐病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、葡萄白腐病菌都有较高的抑菌活性,有效中浓度(EC50)分别为81.68mg/L、24.45mg/L、90.63mg/L和44.00mg/L。对柑橘炭疽病菌和黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制效果不明显,有效中浓度(EC50)分别为210.46和262.69mg/L。与对照药剂多菌灵相比,对番茄绵腐病菌、小麦纹枯病菌和小麦根腐病菌具有明显的抑制效果,有效中浓度(EC50)分别为81.68mg/L、44.00mg/L和93.74mg/L,大大优于多菌灵的4.96×108、1.37×105和551.01mg/L。Antifungal activity of Mono - octyldiethylenetriamine to 12 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi were determined using mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that Mono -octyldiethylenetriamine had strong antifungal activity against Clchliobolus savus and Coniothyrium diplodiella with the inhibition rates of 89.95% and 100% at 100 rag/L, respectively,at 100 mg/L. The inhibition rate was 79.86% and 100% against Phytophthora melongenae and Gibberella zeae , respectively, at 200 mg/L. In a word, Mono - octyldiethylene - triamine had strong antifungal activity against Phytophthora melongenae, Clchliobolus savus, Gibberella zeae and Coniothyrium diplodiella, and the ECso values was 81.68, 24.45, 90.63 and 44.00 mg/L, respectively. But its has the low anti- fungal activity against Colletotrichum capsici and Fusarium oxysporum, the ECs0 values was 210.46 and 262.69 mg/L, respectively. It has strong antifungal activity against Phytophthora melongenae, Rizoctonia cerealis and Clchliobolus savus compared with control insecticides (Carbendazim). Its EC50 values was 81.68, 44.00 and 93.74 mg/L,respectively,but ECso values of Carbendazim was 4.96×10^8、1.37×10^5 and 551.01 mg/L.
