摘 要:为了优化恒功率变量泵的动态调节特性,根据力士乐的轴向柱塞变量双泵A8V0泵的结构和工作原理,建立了恒功率泵的变量调节机构的数学模型;利用仿真软件AMESim进行仿真,分析2个测量弹簧参数对泵动态特性的影响.通过分析现有2个弹簧作用的恒功率调节的不足,提出了3个弹簧作用的变量调节机构.仿真结果表明:2个弹簧的变量调节机构,优化前后恒功率控制的幅值变化由24.1%减少到7.3%,仍未能实现理想的恒功率调节;而3个测量弹簧的结构优化后的幅值变化仅为3.9%.本研究为恒功率泵性能的优化提供了新的思路.For the purpose of optimizing the dynamic characteristics of constant power variable pump, the mathematic models of variable displacement mechanism was constructed, according to the analysis of the structure and principle of the Rexroth's axial piston variable pump--A8V0 pump. Then the AMESim simulation model was founded, and the influence of two survey springs' parameters on dynamic characteristics was analyzed. Through the analysis of the shortcoming of current permanent power regulation with two springs, variable governing mechanism with three springs was raised. The simulation results indicate that the amplitude variation of variable displacement mechanism with two springs after optimization reduces from 24.1 % before majorization to 7.3%, it's still not able to realize the ideal permanent power regulation; but amplitude variation of three spring's structure after optimization is only 3.9%. The research gives new mentality for the performance optimization of the constant power variable pump.
