摘  要:指出了目前高校,尤其是民办高校教学评价的不足,应用非平衡统计和现代教育理论,建立了教学评价的数学随机模型,论述了教学评价的具体实施办法以及实践效果.实践证明:该教学评价符合民办高校的实际情况,对民办高校的教学能起到有效的教学质量监控作用,能收到较明显的效果.Shortcomings of traditional teaching evaluation system of universities, especially private univer- sities were analyzed. Based on the combining of nonequilibrium state statistic theory with modern educa- tional theory, one mathematic stochastic model for teaching evaluation innovation system was built. The specific measures for the implementation and corresponding practice achievements were both given. Results show that our teaching evaluation innovation system accord with the actual situation of private universi- ties, and it can play an effective role in teaching quality supervisory and improve teaching quality evidently.
