摘　　要：根据Ｗｅｂｅｒ－Ｆｅｃｈｎｅｒ法则建立了反映铁路环境噪声对人们影响程度的数学模型， 进一步基于模糊积分给出了综合评价三个时段内铁路环境噪声对人们影响的数学方法，最后提出了受铁路环境噪声影响的当量人数计算公式。Firstly, the mathematical model about the influence of environmental noise of the train on the people is established according to the Weber Fechner rule. Then, the mathematical method how to evaluate comprehensively the influence in three periods is given based on fuzzy integral. Finally, the formula to calculate the equivalent people's number influenced by the noise is put forward.
