摘　　要：高职院校教育教学督导工作是学校教育教学质量监控的重要组成部分。文章阐述了二级管理体制下的教育教学督导工作的模式与内容选择,正确处理校、二级学院(系)二级督导的关系,督与导的关系,并就督导评价体系建设中发挥激励性与导向性,提高督导工作质量,提出看法与建议。Teaching guidance and supervision in higher vocational colleges is an important component of supervising the teaching quality in a college. This paper analyzes the pattern and content selection of supervision, ways to correctly deal with the relationship between supervisors in college and secondlevel institute, and the interaction of supervision and guidance. Futuremore, it puts forward some attitudes and proposals on how to develop the excitability and guidance quality on the construction of supervision evaluation system and improve the quality of supervision.
