高校二级网站监管机制与措施——以长江大学为例

摘　　要：高校信息资源富集,二级网站便是其主要载体,同时也是学校教学、科研、管理等工作的重要信息化平台。但高校也是机构众多、信息繁杂所在,相关的统筹管理机制、安全意识、人才保障、关键技术的缺失成为了二级网站建设不当、管理不力的普遍原因。以长江大学的二级网站监管实践为例,通过建立有效的监管机制,统一技术标准和规范,建立科学的评价措施和CMS自助平台,加强网站技术队伍的建设,建立站点集中维护和托管机制,实证效果显著。The information resources of colleges and universities are very rich,and its main carrier is the level 2 web sites,which are also important information platforms for teaching,scientific research and management of the universities.A university,however,has too many institutions and multifarious information.The lack of relevant management mechanism,safety consciousness,talent guarantee and key technology becomes the universal reasons of improper website design and poor management.Taking level 2 web site supervision of Yangtze University as example,the paper points out that empirical results is effective through the following measures:establishing an effective supervision mechanism,unifying technical standards and specifications,setting up scientific evaluation measures and CMS self-help platform,strengthening the construction of site technical team and building centralized site maintenance and hosting mechanism.
