摘　　要：为掌握高职学生的内心世界和素质状况,有的放矢地在教育行为中融入素质内涵,本文以安徽电气工程职业技术学院学生为调查对象,采用抽样问卷的方式,对学生素质培养需求情况进行了调查。通过分析调查统计结果,客观评价了学院学生对学院内、外部环境和影响自身发展各因素的认识与看法以及对学院素质培养的形式的要求,同时提出了通过课程实施素质教育是非常重要的教育手段的观点。The paper conducts an investigation on training needs for students′ quality in Anhui Electrical Engineering Professional Technique College by adopting sampling questionnaire in order to master college students′ mental world and quality condition with a purpose of integrating quality content into educational behavior.By analyzing the statistical findings,it objectively evaluates students′ understanding and views on the exterior and interior environment of the college and various factors affecting their own development and requirement for form of quality training in the college.At the same time,it puts forward the opinion that carrying out quality education through courses is a very important educational means.
