校企合作顶岗实习模式下学生的保险问题初探

摘　　要：校企合作的教育教学模式是高等职业教育体制创新的重要内容之一，学生在校企合作企业顶岗实习中享受保险保障对校企合作的有效开展及正规化、制度化建设有着重要的作用。本文从学生顶岗实习保险保障机制建设方面的探索与实践中保险制度的缺失为视角，阐述政府、企业、学校在高职学生实习保险保障机制构建方面的责任分担．希望对校企合作这一新兴事物有所帮助。The teaching mode of college - enterprise cooperation is one of the important contents of the innovation of education system ; it will do a lot for the effective development and standardization of college - enterprise cooperation if the students enjoy insurance. On the basis of the students internship insurance protection mechanism construction,this paper elaborates their respective duties of the government, enterprises, schools in higher vocational students intership insurance guarantee mechanism construction, it proposes some reference for the cooperation between school and enterprises.
