摘 要:[目的]探讨葡萄籽油的最佳提取工艺,并对其理化性质进行研究。[方法]以单因素试验考察提取溶剂、提取时间、料液比和提取温度对葡萄籽油提取率的影响,并采用正交试验确定葡萄籽油的最佳提取工艺。[结果]葡萄籽油的最佳提取工艺为选用乙醚作溶剂,提取时间120 min,提取温度45℃,料液比1∶10;在该优化条件下,提取率为12.19%。[结论]所得葡萄籽油颜色鲜亮、透明清澈,气味较纯正,其理化性质符合行业标准。[Objective] The optimum extraction technology of grape seed oil was discussed,and its physical and chemical properties were studied.[Method] Effects of extraction solvent,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature on the extraction rate were studied by single factor experiment.And the optimum extraction technology was determined by orthogonal experiment.[Result] The optimum conditions were as follows: with diethyl ether as solvent,extraction time 120 min,extraction temperature 45 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 10.Under these conditions,the extraction rate was 12.19%.[Conclusion] The obtained grape seed oil has the character of bright and clear color,pure and normal smell,and its physical and chemical properties conform to industrial standards.
