摘 要:目的对比PBL和LBL教学法的教学效果。方法选择2010年2月~2010年7月在河南职工医学院护理专业开展内科护理学教学的2个班,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用LBL教学法,观察组采用PBL教学法。2组进行理论考试和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果观察组考试成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05),问卷调查中关于"激发学习兴趣、提高语言表达能力、提高临床问题的处理能力"的结果与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论 PBL教学法能提高学生学习的能力。Objective To compare the effects of PBL method with LBL in Medical Nursing.Methods Two classes were selected from February 2010 to July 2010,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group using LBL method,the observation group PBL method.The teaching effect by the theory test scores and questionnaire was evaluated.Results The result of questionnaire in observation group to stimulate interest in learning and improve language skills and elevate clinical question-treatment ability were significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion PBL method in Medical Nursing is effective.
