摘　　要：湖南现代物流职业教育集团在发展中立足产业振兴,全力服务专业人才培养;紧贴行业实际,全力服务企业持续发展;推动产业振兴,全力服务政府科学决策,实现了学校、企业、政府的和谐互动。实践表明,职业教育集团要持续发展,就必须坚持以优质服务为宗旨,以项目合作为纽带,产学研结合,政校企联动,将人才培养链深度融入产业发展链。Hunan vocational education group of modern logistics dedicated to serving talent cultivation based on invigoration of industries： try best to serve sustainable development of enterprises by clinging to the reality of industry;try best to serve for scientific decision-making of government by boosting invigoration of industry,which formed harmonious interaction between school,enterprise and government.The practice showed that,in order to realize sustainable development,vocational education group should try to achieve combination of production,learning and research and interaction of government,schools and enterprises to integrate the chain of talent cultivation into the chain of industrial development by taking excellent service as the tenet and programs cooperation as the ligament.
