摘  要:ADP研制高中核心课程标准缘于美国基于标准的教育改革推动和高中教育质量低下的诉求。ADP高中核心课程标准研制模式的框架包括研制的理念、研制的过程和方法。ADP研制高中核心课程标准给我们的启示在于:研制的理念应体现升学与就业的需求;研制的方法应凸显实证性;研制的过程应发挥教育利益群体多方审议作用;研制的政策主体应实现多级化。Due to the education reform based on the criterions and the low education quality, American scholars begin to study high school core curriculum standards, which is called American Diploma Project. The main frame includes the basic idea of the standards, the process and methods of standards, which gives us more enlightenments. The rationale of the standard development should reflect the demand of entering a higher school and obtaining employment. The method should be characterized by the evidence and research: a wide range of representatives are supposed to participate in developing the standards who can play the multilateral deliberations functions. The policy makers of multi-polarization are realized in developing the standards.
