摘　　要：营养与食品卫生学是一门实践性很强的学科,随着学科的发展,高等医学院校临床专业的营养与食品卫生学教学改革迫在眉睫,通过以专题形式重组教学内容、选用PBL方法来改进教学方法及增设实践课时等措施,探索适合培养既具有现代营养和食品卫生学知识又具有实践能力和创新精神的高级临床医学人才的教学模式。With the advance of science and technology, it is of urgency to do something for teaching nutrition and food hygiene for clinical medicine specialty. Based on the practice of teaching nutrition and food hygiene, teachers should take measures such as reorganizing content, performing problem-based learning and increasing the hours to improve medical students put knowledgy of nutrition and food hygiene into practice.
