摘 要:初步探讨了秸秆水解糖混菌发酵的最优条件。结果表明,调整秸秆水解液中葡萄糖与木糖的比例为3∶2,初始糖浓度为100 g/L,初始pH为5.5,在32℃下进行嗜单宁管囊酵母和酿酒酵母混合发酵44 h,平均乙醇浓度为35 g/L左右,最大糖醇转化率为35.6%,达到混合发酵理论值的72.1%。从经济角度来看,混糖发酵优于分步发酵。The optimum conditions for mixed fermentation of hydrolytic sugar of straw were summed up as follows: the optimum ratio of glucose and xylose was 3:2, initial sugar concentration was 100 g/L, initial pH was 5.5, fermentation temperature was at 32 ℃, pachysolen tannophilus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae used for mixed fermentation for 44 h, the average ethanol concentration was about 35 g/L, and the highest sugar alcohol conversion rate was 35.6 %, 72.1% of the theoretical value. Anyway, mixed sugar fermentation was ecnonmically better than step fermentation.
