摘 要:依托一份对某重点大学百名教授的问卷调查,分析其对教师发展的影响,针对不同教师的学科背景差异、文化因素、制度因素、现实因素等,探讨这种现状对高校教师品质的影响,如影响教师的职业忠诚度和学术的发展;不利于教师高水平创新成果的产生;阻碍了年轻教师的发展;影响了教师的身心健康等等。Based on a questionnaire survey of 100 professors from a key university, this paper analyzes its effect on college teachers' development and character by taking into consideration their differences in disciplinary background, and the cultural, institutional and practical factors. It is found that academic administration exerts negative influence on teachers' devotion to their profession and their academic development, prevents them from producing innovative achievements, hinders young teachers in development, and affects their physical and mental well-being.
