摘　　要：决定高校思想政治理论课教学效果的因素有多种,但根本在教师。作为思想政治理论课教师,必须注意修炼"三大功夫",即丰富的学养、深入体察学情、优化的方法。而练就这"三大功夫"的不竭动力和决定性因素,是要具有坚定、炽热和持久的爱国之情。Among the factors that determine the effect of ideological and political teaching in colleges, the fundamental one is the role of teachers. The ideological and political teachers must pay much attention to three types of Kung Fu： rich knowledge, insight into learning, and optimized techniques, and such Kung Fu can not be acquired without the propulsive and decisive force--a firm, ardent and durable patriotism.
