摘　　要：师德建设中一些重要因素应当受到重视,如教师群体利益的实现、师德的特殊要求、师德言行规范和教师工作规范、多数教师对师德要求的认可度、治学对师德修养的根本作用等。忽视这些因素,师德建设的针对性和有效性就会受到削弱。In cultivating teachers＇ ethics, such issues should be well-noted as the realization of interests of teachers group, the special requirement of teachers ethics, the norms of teacher＇s words and deeds, the standardization of teacher＇s work, teachers＇ recognition of moral standards, the effect of scholarly research on the teacher＇s moral training, etc. The ignorance and neglect of these issues will result in weakening the purposefulness and effectiveness of teachers＇ moral construction.
