就业视角下农林院校毕业生阳光心理的构建

摘　　要：通过对农林院校毕业生与其他四所非农林院校毕业生心理健康水平及人格特征的调查及比较,分析了农林院校毕业生心理健康和人格特征对择业观的影响,并就农林院校毕业生阳光心理的构建进行了有益的探讨,据此提出了对策和建议,为农林院校学生的就业心理教育提供一定的参考。Through the investigation and comparison of psychological health level and personality characteristics of the agricultural and forestry university graduates and the other four non agricultural and forestry university＇s graduates＇,this article analyzes the influence of the agricultural and forestry university graduates＇ psychological health and personality characteristics on the view of employment,discusses the construction of the graduates＇ psychological health,and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions,all which provides some reference for the agricultural and forestry university students＇ psychological Education of employment.
