首都财贸高职素养教育研究述评

摘　　要：基于首都财贸行业的特殊性和重要性,首都财贸高职学生素养教育研究已成为财贸高职院校亟待关注的研究领域。本文以综述的形式,从财贸高职素养的重要性、培养途径与方法、内容设计、评价方法四个方面,研究了财贸高职素养培养研究的现状,并且对研究文献的研究状况进行评价,提出了未来的研究方向——构建以就业为导向的财贸高职素养培养体系,以期对后续研究做些基础调研工作。Based on the specificity of financial and commercial industry in Beijing, it＇ s getting more and more important about students＇ accomplishment cultivation of higher vocational college of finance and commerce. This paper studied the connotations, important, cultivation means, concerns design and appreciation methods. Then a review was given about the present documentation. At last, this paper proposed the future research directions in order to do some basic work for the follow-up study.
