摘　　要：网络教育技术标准化是保障学习系统共享和系统互操作性的根本措施。国际上已有不少企业机构和学术团体致力于网络教育技术标准的研究与开发,我国的此类标准研究也开始起步。该项研究对国际国内有关网络教育技术标准的研究现状做一全面概述,并给出我国网络教育技术标准的研究对策。The standard of internet educational technology is the basic method of the guarantee of sharing learning system and running learning system.There are several international business and science organization which are working on this problem.Our country is also making this research nowadays.This research wants to make a summary research of internet educational technology.Also,It provides some advice about CELTS.
