摘 要:在pH 7.0乙酸铵缓冲溶液中,Zn2+与邻菲啰啉(phen)和达旦黄(TY)反应形成稳定的离子缔合物[Zn(phen)3]·[TY]2,体系吸光度增大,据此建立了光度法测定锌的新方法。离子缔合物的最大吸收波长为464nm,锌(II)质量浓度在0~1.4μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.52×104 L/mol·cm,检出限为27.3μg/L。方法用于测定健康平衡盐和锌强化营养盐中锌,相对标准偏差为1.05%~1.23%(n=5),平均回收率为98.9%~100.3%。In ammonium acetate buffer solution at pH 7. 0, Zn^2+ reacts with phen and titan yellow (TY) to form a stable ion-association complex l-Zn(phen)3]·[TY]2, which leads to the enhancement of absorbence. Based on this fact, a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of zinc was proposed. The maximum absorption wavelength of the ion-association complex locates at 464 nm. The Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-1.4μg/mL for Zn(II). The apparent molar absorption coefficient was 2.52 × 10^4 L/mol ; cm. The detection limit was 27.3 μg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of zinc in health balance salt and fortified nutrient salt with zinc. The relative standard deviation was 1. 05%- 1. 23% (n = 5), and the average recovery was 98. 9%- 100.3%.
