摘　　要：强化办学特色、走特色发展之路,已成为中国高等职业教育界的共识;但是,如何认识并形成自己的办学特色,则是许多高职院校感到困惑的;论述了办学特色的科学内涵,阐述了高职院校形成办学特色的有效路径,并对广东女子职业技术学院的办学特色进行了个案分析。Strengthening the school--running characteristics, and following the road of characteristics development, have become the consensus for higher vocational education. However, many higher voca tional colleges are puzzled on how to understand and form their own characteristics. This article discusses the characteristics of the scientific content, expounds effective path of school--running characteristic formation of higher vocational colleges, and take Guangdong Womeffs Polytechnic College as a case analysis.
