摘　　要：文章结合长沙学院环境工程专业的改革尝试,对地方本科院校的基本定位、人才培养目标定位和环境工程专业的内涵进行分析,从明确学科定位与人才培养目标、优化人才培养方案和完善实践教学体系方面,提出了构建地方本科院校环境工程专业应用型人才培养模式的基本思路,以此构建新的环境工程专业应用型人才培养模式。Combined with the reforms of environmental engineering specialty of Changsha university, the aspects of the basic orientation of the local undergraduate college type, the orientation of talent-cultivating objects and the specialty contents of environmental engi- neering have been analyzed. As for the specialty orientation and talent-cultivating objects ascertained, talent-cultivating plan optimized and practical teaching system consummated, the basic methods of the applied-type talent-cultivating models of the local undergraduate education in environmental engineering specialty are built. Thus, a new plan of the applied-type talent-cultivating models is made in environmental engineering specialty.
