工作过程导向的服装特色专业建设

摘　　要："工作过程导向"的特色专业建设是以职业任务设置与职业行动过程为取向,包括实现该专业目标的全部学习任务,通过行动导向学习情境使其具体化的建设方法。以服装设计专业为例,阐述"工作过程导向"专业建设的思路与方法,分析专业培养目标和专业岗位群,以专业课程体系建设为突破口,从课程建设、师资队伍、教学条件、质量评价体系等方面建设服装特色专业。Building the work process-oriented characteristics professional is the task set by occupational and career-o- riented course of action, which includes achieving all the learning tasks of the professional goal and externalizing them through action-oriented learning environment. This paper makes an example with the construction of Apparel Design Professional. It presents the work process-oriented ideas and methods of professional construction and analyzes the professional training goals and professional job groups. Then, with the building of specialized curriculum system as a breakthrough, it carries out the construction of Clothing Characteristics Professional from such aspects as curriculum building, faculty, teaching conditions, and quality evaluation system.
