摘  要:远程学习者的学习质量是电大教育工作的核心,是学校发展规模、优化结构的前提。但目前从学习者的角度去分析如何提高远程教育质量的研究还不多。本研究采用问卷调查与行动研究相结合的方法,对北京市广播电视大学朝阳分校所承担的小学教师英语口语培训项目中第七期的部分学员做了远程英语学习者学习质量内在影响因素的调查,并据此提出了提高远程英语学习者学习质量的教学对策。The learning effect of distance learners is essential for TV universities, and is the precondition of their development and structure optimization. However, there are not many studies on how to improve the learning effect from the aspect of learners yet. By using the methods of questionnaire and action research, this study investigates the internal influencing factors of learning effect of distance learners based on an oral English training programme of primary school teachers conducted by Chaoyang Branch of Beijing TV University, and puts forward relevant countermeasures of improving the learning effect of distance learners.
