摘　　要：建构高校学习型领导班子是高校学习型基层党组织建设的核心,将学习型组织理论引入高校领导建设是适应高等教育大众化的客观要求。当前,创建学习型领导班子要与发挥领导干部的表率作用结合起来,要与学校的长远发展结合起来,要与解决师生实际问题结合起来,要与党风廉政建设结合起来,只有这样,才能将学习型领导班子建设落到实处。The construction of learning type leading group in colleges and universities is the core of learning type basic party organization construction, and putting learning type organization theory into the construction of university leadership is to adapt to the objective request of the popularization of higher education. Now, constructing learning type leading group should combine with playing the role of the leaders, with the long-term development of a school, with solving practical problems with the teachers and students, with the construction of honest party conduct. Only in this way can we implement the construction of the learning type leading group.
