教育现代化的中国之路:路向、路径和路基

摘　　要：《教育规划纲要》在教育现代化的趋同性与依附性、独立性与关联性之间寻找适度的张力平衡,开创教育现代化的中国之路。这就是:以坚持中国特色社会主义教育发展道路为路向;以建立和完善中国特色社会主义现代教育体系为路径;以建立与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的教育体制机制为路基。沿此路向、路径和路基,办成中国特色、世界水平的现代教育。The Education Plan strikes a balance between the convergence and dependence,independence and relevance of educational modernization,and tinds a Chinese way to educational modernization.Its direction is to uphold the socialist educational development of Chinese characteristics,the path is to set up and improve a modern educational system appropriate for China＇s circumstance,and the foundation should be laid on educational institutional construction which is compatible with the socialist market economic system.This direction,path,and foundation promise a bright future of a world-level modern educational system with Chinese characteristics.
