摘　　要：高校职业教育课程具有阶段性和连续性的统一、自主性和针对性统一,突出的广泛性、时代性、变化性和实践性等特点。担任该课程的师资不仅要有特殊的职业资格要求,还需要具备学生职业指导的实践管理经历,这些因素决定了高校学生职业指导教研室应以专业群为基础组建教研组,将管理中心下移,以增强职业指导教育教学效果。The career development course in a college shall be extensive,adaptable,practical and shall be taught on different but linking stages,combining spontaneity and practicality.The teachers shall not only possess corresponding professional qualifications,but also practical career guidance experiences.Therefore,the teaching office shall consist of teachers of various majors and the management shall be distributed to the teaching groups so as to improve the educational effect.
